TPN's executives have a long and distinguished history of building sustainable business models based upon an in-depth understanding of the economic value of the products, the market place and the competitive positioning of the company in a particular space. The team has directed the development and introduction of several products based upon customer involvement and input, channels and partnerships and by testing concepts in real-world settings. During the past twenty years, these professionals have been involved in the identification, development, approval and marketing of well in excess of 100 products.

Jonathan B. Rome, President & CEO - Generic pharmaceutical industry executive and entrepreneur experienced in retail, wholesale, manufacturing and active pharmaceutical ingredients aspects of the global supply chain formerly a senior executive with Zenith and H. L. Moore/Moore Medical .

George Solomon, COO - Proven senior operating executive who has considerable international and operations experience as well as expertise in start-up management, strategic planning, marketing, sales and business development; formerly with Visionsense, TransScan, Fujinon, Allied Signal, Technicon.

CFO - TPN is in the process of interviewing several highly qualified candidates and expects to have this position filled imminently.

John E. Dillaway, EVP Sales & Marketing, President of Medical Specialties LLC - The EVP Marketing and Sales is an experienced senior marketing and sales executive with over 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical marketplace with particular expertise in generic drugs.

Samuel D. Uko-Nne, Ph.D., Vice President, Research & Development - Responsible for successful development of more than fifty (50) solid dosage form products with over eighty-five (85) dosage strengths; formerly with Ivax, Zenith Pharmaceuticals and Kalipharma (Purepac).

Augustine P. Frimpong, M.Sc., Director, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance – Mr. Frimpong has over 15 years experience providing leadership, guidance and management to regulatory affairs/compliance, quality unit (QA/QC) and pharmaceutical development. Augustine has extensive experience working with FDA, management of marketed product life cycle, risk assessment and risk management; formerly with Actavis, Inc., Clay-Park Labs / Agis Group, Zenith Goldline.

Augie L. Aswan, Managing Director International Division – Mr. Aswan is a pharmaceutical and API professional with more than 15 years of experience in managing marketing, business development, and sales projects with Pharma (brand and generic) and API companies such as Becton Dickinson, Taro Pharmaceuticals, P&G Pharmaceuticals, Innovex/Quintiles, and Debro Pharmaceuticals.

Yan Lou, MD, Ph.D., VP Global Technical Services – Dr. Lou has thirteen years of global industrial experience in pharmaceutical formulation and product development and a strong background in solid/liquid dosage formulation which is combined with broad experimental abilities, analytical skills and regulatory submission expertise. Prior to TPN, she was employed in key positions by Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd, Taizhou, China, Barr Laboratories, Hoffmann-La Roche and the Department of Pharmaceutics, University of Illinois.

Allen Torres-Bagatsing, Esq., Chief Legal Officer - Experienced in the multidisciplinary fields of public accounting, consulting, and law. She is a member of the New York Bar and a CPA. Allen is a member of the Finance and Technology Committees of GPhA.

Melvin Kaufman, VP Regulatory Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer – Expertise in regulatory compliance submissions and filings, auditing, training, quality management, and global manufacturing also a partner in Aronson & Kaufman Associates, Inc. formerly a senior manager at Biocraft Labs/TEVA and Wyeth La. (CGE).

Managing Director, India – TPN is currently evaluating several opportunities and expects to determine the best fit for TPN shortly.

Richard Wu, Esq., Managing Director, Beijing – Formerly COO of China Grand Enterprises Inc. (one of the largest pharmaceutical holding companies in China with total revenues exceeding $500 million) and Executive Vice President of MeetChina.com

Tang Jinxiong, Managing Director, Shanghai - Mr. Jinxiong has more than fourteen years experience in the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, Tang served as General Manager of Pioneer Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Prior to Pioneer, Mr. Jinxiong worked for Sumitomo Corp. as its Chief Representative for the Haikou office and was in charge of sourcing Chinese manufactured fine chemicals, intermediates, APIs, and related products.

Andrew Berk, VP Business Development – Mr. Berk has more than 10 years of diversified experience in the industry and has been with the Company since 2004 spearheading TPN’s business development initiatives. Andrew is focused on a variety of collaborations and strategic alliances for both APIs and FDFs.

Robert M. Rome, VP Global Sourcing – Mr. Rome has been involved in the pharmaceutical and biotech arena for the past 5 years utilizing his strong background in sales, branding and marketing. Robert has extensive experience in selling specialty pharmaceutical and consumable biological products to the corporate, institutional and government markets and since 2005 he has focused on international sourcing of Intermediates & API's with a particular emphasis on China.
