The emergence of the Chinese API industry has created an urgent need for many companies to gain a better understanding of this vital sector. Traditional data bases provide only partial answers. TPN has evaluated hundreds of companies that manufacture thousands of products.  In addition to the 21 DMF’s filed through 2006, the Company has gained invaluable insight into the fastest growing API market in the world at a level of detail that has few rivals. TPN has collected a data base of more than 570 APIs from 396 companies.  The lowest cost non DMF Chinese API is the benchmark against which all other API manufacturers are compared. In order to educate local Chinese companies on cGMPs, the Company founded AlliancePharm U.S. and the AlliancePharm FDA Academy. In October, 2003 SFDA ( China’s FDA equivalent) appointed AlliancePharm U.S. as an official cGMP supplier of value added services.  As a result, TPN together with SFDA has conducted numerous training seminars.

The Company markets and distributes its products and services primarily to generic drug manufacturers. In order to eliminate its current reliance on generic drug manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors and to gain a measurable market share and increase profitability, TPN has recently acquired its own sales and marketing organization and is involved in the sale and distribution of pharmaceuticals to all major classes of trade including warehousing and non warehousing drug chains, independent pharmacies, mail order, long term care companies, buying groups and wholesalers and distributors specializing in both branded and generic pharmaceuticals.
