Allen Bagatsing, Esq. | Chief Legal Counsel
Ms. Bagatsing is experienced in the multidisciplinary fields of public accounting, consulting, and law. She is a member of the New York Bar and is a CPA. Prior to joining TPN, Ms. Bagatsing was a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen performing audit planning, financial reporting and due diligence review relative to mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings of a diverse client base which included banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, hotel and pharmaceutical industries.

Schuyler VanWinkle | Vice President National Accounts
Mr. VanWinkle is a 25 year industry veteran. He started his career at Moore Medical Corp and advanced to the position of Director of National Accounts, became VP of National Accounts at ANDA Pharmaceuticals (Division of Andrx) and Director of National Accounts at Morton Grove Pharmaceutical, a maker of generic liquid preparations.

Mr. Rome has been involved in the pharmaceutical and biotech arena for the past 6 years utilizing his background in sales, branding and marketing, with extensive experience in selling specialty pharmaceutical and consumable biological products to the corporate, institutional, hospital and government markets. Since 2006 he has been focused on international sourcing of Intermediates & API's with a particular emphasis on China.

Gary P. Klein | Managing Director, China
Mr. Klein has over thirty years of Chemical and Pharmaceutical experience, specializing in the sourcing and trading of fine and specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates and API's. For the last 15 years he has been President and CEO of International Specialty and Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He has been working with Chinese suppliers and customers for most of his career.

Tang Jinxiong | Assistant Managing Director, China
Mr. Jinxiong has more than sixteen years’ experience in the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, Tang served as General Manager of Pioneer Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and was General Manager of Pioneer Pharmaceutical, a Chinese based sales and marketing company focused on Western medicines.

Mr. Licata is an experienced Financial Director with over 15 years progressive finance and accounting experience. His expertise is in pharmaceutical pricing strategies, strategic contractual terms and conditions alignment and gross sales to net sales (customer discounts) within the generic industry. Pete formerly served as Director of Customer Finance at Taro Pharmaceuticals USA, SLX Capital Management, PAR Pharmaceuticals, Medco Health Solutions, Inc.

Scott E. Solomon, Esq. | Director, Business Information & Analysis | Member of General Counsel
Mr. Solomon joined TPN in 2008 and has focused on collecting and analyzing financial data, conducting market research and communicating with various government and regulatory entities. He is also intimately involved in the negotiation, drafting and review of agreements and management of alliances.
